Vaughan Property is a father and son family based partnership passionate about property. The Vaughans aim to provide high quality properties at an affordable rent. They look to achieve a professional but friendly service extending the family ethos into property letting management. The main goals are to have well-maintained properties and satisfied tenants through good service. Problems will be dealt with directly, you may even get the landlords coming round to fix any problem themselves!

After he left university Sam Vaughan spent four years in estate agency giving him a wide experience and knowledge of the property and rental industry. He was a successful agent but had a long-term goal to start his own property development company and provide a personal service for people. The business started in April 2008 when David Vaughan trusted his son's judgment and supported him in the development of a small property in Lightwater. Sam started work on the first house and left his estate agency life to focus on extending his building skills. He is now studying to become a qualified electrician. His goals are to build on the portfolio so far, pass his electrician course, and provide a good service for his tenants.

David Vaughan spent 30 years working in the City. Now semi retired he continues to work part time as an executive consultant. David always had an interest in property development and working in partnership with his son has been a life's long dream!

The Vaughan's are now working hard to establish a strong portfolio of properties, a roster of satisfied tenants and to make a big success of the Vaughan partnership.
